Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates through the recruitment process, helping the company connect top talent with leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to evaluate overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct initial interviews to verify qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced level of English.
