About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and engaging both technical and non‑technical candidates, helping the company connect top talent with leading businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep system records up to date.
• Conduct candidate interviews to verify qualifications, experience, interests, and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
