Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles within a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and meet headcount goals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Lead intake meetings, provide hiring updates, and influence stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Enhance the candidate experience through innovative and engaging recruitment practices.
• Support recruiting campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and talent community development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience within a software or technology company.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and talent pipeline development skills.
• Ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Background recruiting talent within HCM, ERP consulting, professional services, customer success, project management, or related functions.
