Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Specialist to join our HR team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role will manage recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training, internal communication and diversity initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement talent acquisition strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage offers and hiring administration.
• Deliver the annual performance management cycle, analyze results and design development actions.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning, employee relations and people‑related projects.
• Design, develop and oversee training programs, establishing assessment standards and benchmarks.
• Coordinate internal communication, engagement and D&I activities in line with regional guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR, talent development or talent acquisition experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English (B2) and knowledge of local labor law.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
