Supply/Demand Planning BSA & Project Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a hybrid Supply Chain Supply/Demand Planning Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will also act as Project Manager. The role works on‑site two days a week in Heredia and supports end‑to‑end planning system initiatives across Oracle and SAP landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enhancements, integrations and new solution deployments for Oracle Fusion Cloud and SAP S/4HANA in demand, supply, inventory and S&OP processes.
• Define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and own testing strategy, defect resolution and deployment readiness.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and stakeholder alignment across Planning, Fulfilment and IT teams.
• Identify and resolve data, process and system integration gaps across Oracle and SAP.
• Support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives and act as SME bridging business and IT.

Required profile

• BA or BS degree with 7‑10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in planning system implementations, especially Oracle Supply Chain Cloud.
• Project management experience, preferably with IT‑interfacing roles.
• Background in demand, supply, MRP or inventory planning within a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules (Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP).
• SAP S/4 or ECC Order Management, AATP and Backlog Management.
• Project management tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project.
• Business process mapping and documentation.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities for supply chain reporting.
