Supply Chain Supply/Demand Planning BSA / Project Manager

About the role

This hybrid position (average 2 days per week onsite) is within HPE's Networking Supply Chain Transformation & Enablement Office. The Business Systems Analyst will act as a supply chain systems SME and project lead, driving process alignment and system enhancements across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP and fulfilment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations and new solution deployments across Oracle and SAP.
• Define requirements, manage user acceptance testing and own testing strategy, defect resolution and deployment readiness.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and stakeholder alignment across Planning, Fulfilment and IT teams.
• Identify and resolve data, process and system integration gaps across Oracle and SAP landscapes.
• Support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• BA or BS degree or 7‑10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Expertise in planning systems implementation; Oracle Supply Chain Cloud required, SAP Order Management, AATP and Backlog Management preferred.
• Project management experience, including IT‑interfacing roles.
• Experience in demand, supply, MRP or inventory planning within a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules (Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP).
• SAP S/4 or ECC processes, especially Order Management and AATP.
• JIRA, ServiceNow and MS Project.
• E‑DI management and implementation.
• Business process mapping and documentation.
