Supply Chain Planning Intern

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated intern to join our Customer Service team within the Supply Chain department. The role focuses on managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer master data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and validate customer information to ensure data integrity.
• Input new customer data and update existing records as needed.
• Generate and analyze reports related to customer data for internal use.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team and other departments to resolve data‑related issues.
• Ensure all customer data management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data management processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Basic project‑management skills (preferable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
