Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst will support daily operational activities for AWS infrastructure supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory records across data centers, DBS hubs and rack integrator partners. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient inventory flows and providing data‑driven insights to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and execute daily allocation processes and manage inventory holds and releases.
• Review, resolve and document invoices on hold, ensuring proper approvals.
• Create and manage purchase orders following AWS approval workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries, status updates and KPI reports for business forums.
• Track key inventory metrics, maintain process documentation and support business reviews with analytical recommendations.

Required profile

• Relevant studies in Business Administration, Logistics or Accounting.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations or related fields.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a process‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems and databases.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies.
