About the role
The Asset Protection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all subcontracted security activities in line with company policies and procedures. This role ensures the safety of assets, personnel, and the overall security service for Heineken Costa Rica.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper functioning of electronic security systems and assigned tools.
- Monitor compliance with security and surveillance policies for both assets and Heineken personnel.
- Coordinate with external security providers to manage custodian requirements, schedule work shifts, and control their implementation.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachillerato en Educación Media).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset security, property protection, or security‑focused administration.
- Valid firearm carry permit.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Driving licenses B1 and A2.
- Desirable: Technical training in security.
