Supervisor de producción

About the role

The Production Supervisor will coordinate the team operating the manufacturing plant, ensuring the production schedule and departmental goals are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production sequences according to the established schedule.
• Manage raw material requirements, including stone, sand, and cement.
• Verify material availability in the production warehouse and equipment readiness.
• Control sand inventory and fulfill sand orders for various plants or clients.
• Oversee the entire operating system (screening, crushing, mixing, bagging) and supervise staff activities.
• Monitor production output, downtime, waste, and incident reports throughout the shift.
• Inspect inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods for the logistics warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with quality parameters for stone and sand, and execute re‑processing plans when needed.
• Track process non‑conformities and report anomalies to the plant manager.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor on equipment work and scheduled shutdowns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising production processes.
• Intermediate proficiency with office software packages.
