Student Experience Leader

About the role

The Student Experience Leader will design, implement and manage the full student journey from enrollment to graduation. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will ensure every touch‑point strengthens engagement, belonging and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Map and optimise each stage of the student lifecycle (onboarding, integration, development, graduation) by identifying friction points and improvement opportunities using data and direct feedback.
• Develop initiatives that deepen emotional connection with the institution, such as mentorship programmes, communities of practice, campus‑life activation and brand experiences.
• Design early‑warning and intervention protocols for students at academic or dropout risk, coordinating actions with academic, financial and wellness teams.
• Implement formal listening mechanisms (student NPS, focus groups, satisfaction surveys) and translate findings into actionable plans with measurable follow‑up indicators.
• Serve as the primary liaison among academic units, admissions, wellness, student services and employability to ensure a consistent experience.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Experience Design or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in student experience management, activity planning, coordination or student well‑being initiatives.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
