Strategy & Consulting - Clinical & Care Delivery Consultant

About the role

Join Accenture's Health Practice as a Clinical & Care Delivery Consultant, supporting global healthcare clients in strategy, transformation and operational improvement. You will work on projects that shape patient outcomes, cost structures and digital care pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Support small‑to‑medium teams delivering management‑consulting projects for global health clients.
• Define commercial strategy, market scoping, customer journeys, go‑to‑market plans and process improvements.
• Develop proposals, pursue new opportunities and build practice assets such as white papers and internal tools.
• Conduct complex financial and quantitative analysis, build forecasting models and identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead presentations, engage stakeholders and drive change management aligned with client strategy.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in US healthcare consulting or related domains.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel as needed.
• MBA from a Tier‑1 B‑School or a postgraduate degree with strong healthcare consulting background.

Required skills

• Data analysis tools and experience with claims/UM data.
• Data strategy and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases for health.
• Understanding of payer and provider value‑chain components.
• Experience with patient access, clinical pathway redesign, population health, or related transformation engagements.
