Sr. Warehouse Management Process Lead, Costa Rica

About the role

Dentsply Sirona is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) transformational leader for Costa Rica. The role drives the EWM strategy, oversees solution architecture, builds the team and aligns stakeholders across global finance organizations. It combines deep functional expertise with people leadership, acting as the primary functional authority for EWM and partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the EWM parts of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations and rollouts, aligned with enterprise ERP strategy.
• Act as global process owner for SAP S/4HANA EWM, defining standardized warehouse processes.
• Own EWM solution architecture and design, covering inbound, internal and outbound processes such as goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Provide functional leadership for EWM configuration (warehouse structure, storage types, activity areas, handling units).
• Ensure integration between SAP EWM and MM, SD, PP, QM and TM processes.
• Support stabilization, resolve complex EWM issues and drive continuous improvement of efficiency, accuracy and throughput.
• Build and scale warehouse and transportation management teams, coach and mentor them, and set goals and development plans.
• Serve as the primary SAP EWM and TM contact for warehouse, logistics and operations leadership, lead workshops and design reviews, and coordinate system integrators and SAP partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or Information Systems or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Warehouse Management solutions, including SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Proven experience leading SAP EWM workstreams across multiple implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Eligible to work in the country where the position is based.

Required skills

• Advanced English (C1), able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM end-to-end processes.
• Understanding of warehouse execution concepts: handling units, RF transactions, FIORI and warehouse task management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into standardized SAP EWM processes, with attention to detail and adherence to global standards.
