Sr. System Engineer (HPE Enterprise/Pre‑Sales)

About the role

The Sr. System Engineer (HPE Enterprise/Pre‑Sales) for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) organization will design high‑impact infrastructure solutions across compute, storage and hybrid environments, supporting regional growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement complex regional compute and storage solutions to enable new business opportunities, organic growth and M&A activities (40%).
• Provide full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that run revenue‑generating applications, productivity tools and back‑office systems (20%).
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize work and guide Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet team commitments (15%).
• Build and maintain systems automation and monitoring tools (15%).
• Perform other additional duties as assigned (10%).

Required profile

• Associate degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HPE enterprise solutions and presales/customer‑facing roles.
• Proficient English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
