Sr Analyst, AR & Revenue Accounting

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Americas Accounting Center of Expertise. The role focuses on accounts receivable and revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 while supporting accurate month‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company policies, US GAAP and ASC 606, and strengthen financial controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely monthly financial reporting and required adjustments.
• Prepare monthly flux analysis and trend reporting for balance‑sheet and revenue accounts.
• Own system close processes, run data validations, identify risks, and support internal control and audit requests.
• Perform Gross‑to‑Net revenue analyses (rebates, commissions, chargebacks, royalties) and prepare related entries.
• Manage AR reconciliations and certifications in Blackline to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, meeting defined timelines and objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with Blackline for reconciliations and certifications.
