Specialist – Technical Project (Principal Project Manager)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead sustaining and product integration projects within the Interventional Oncology and Embolization division. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from launch through end‑of‑life, ensuring design, compliance, and manufacturing requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and clinical functions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and performance.
• Prioritize resources and coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.
• Identify and mitigate technical challenges and business risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive decision‑making, provide structured guidance, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and report results against key business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex product integration or sustaining projects in the medical device industry.
• Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across global sites.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering results quickly.
