About the role
This position supports the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit within Johnson & Johnson's Orthopedics business. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and compliance through technical support and administrative accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute core tasks for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance support function.
- Follow routine administrative processes to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Organize and maintain collective data related to technical implementation, equipment modification, and ongoing monitoring of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support orthopedics manufacturing operations.
Required profile
- Experience in production equipment repair, maintenance, or related technical support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established administrative procedures.
- Capability to handle data organization and documentation for equipment quality and safety monitoring.
- Commitment to working in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
