Specialist Lead, Account Management

About the role

Deloitte's Marketing, Brand & Communications organization in Costa Rica is looking for a Specialist Lead, Account Management. You will own the go-to-market activity for assigned portfolios of service offerings and solutions, helping turn big ideas into impactful campaigns while working in a collaborative, matrixed team.

Key responsibilities

• Own all go-to-market activity for assigned portfolios of service offerings and solutions.
• Understand business priorities, target audience, competitive positioning, marketing plans and budgets to streamline projects and campaign initiation and execution.
• Facilitate campaign execution on behalf of the assigned line of business, ensuring assets are delivered on time, within budget and in line with strategy.
• Develop preliminary project schedules and sprint cycles with input from Marketing.
• Lead agile teams to self-organize, manage their work and define solutions based on sprint priorities.
• Groom the backlog so work is ready for the execution team and upcoming sprints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Project Management or Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Prior experience on a virtual team in a highly matrixed organization, preferably a global corporation or professional services firm.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong English and Spanish, oral and written.
• Project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Preferred: understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Workfront.
