About the role
Join Concentrix as a Specialist in Customer Acquisition, working in an inside‑sales environment that partners with global technology leaders. You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships, and promoting cloud‑based solutions while benefiting from extensive training and career development.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and convert new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored cloud solutions.
- Negotiate, close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Manage pipeline, forecast sales and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Upsell and cross‑sell SaaS and cloud products.
- Handle objections and competitive pressures.
- Collaborate with team and management to ensure a professional customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of inside‑sales experience.
- Professional English proficiency (C1 level).
- Dynamic, winning mindset with a proven record of meeting personal and team sales targets.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model commuting to a Concentrix office in Costa Rica.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems.
