SMB Account Manager - TikTok

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing sales team as an SMB Account Manager focused on TikTok and other leading advertising platforms. You will work with advertisers and brands to expand their investment, drive revenue growth, and deliver measurable results across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Adopt a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach to help clients achieve marketing objectives using Aleph platforms.
• Deliver value through strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and deep knowledge of platform products.
• Lead ideation sessions, translate ideas into actionable campaign solutions, and host webinars on platform updates.
• Execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards, resolving issues and recommending process improvements.
• Build and nurture client relationships, upsell new ideas, and manage contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years relevant experience).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the digital or media industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong commitment to achieving targets and a proactive work ethic.
• Quantitative mindset with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data.
