Shipper Success Associate – Italian (Remote, Costa Rica)

About the role

The Shipper Success Associate (Italian) supports Amazon Shipping’s Shipper Support team from Costa Rica. The role handles shipper inquiries, processes requests, and assists with daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth shipping experience. You will work remotely under the guidance of senior team members, maintaining accurate records and contributing to team performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to shipper inquiries through established channels, providing timely and accurate information on shipping services, policies, and procedures.
• Process and track shipper requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up within established SLAs.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update shipper records, case logs, and internal tracking systems with high accuracy.
• Assist in compiling data and reports on shipper interactions, issue trends, and team performance metrics.
• Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to established workflows.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
• Fluent in Italian (and English for internal communication).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.
