About the role

The Banquet Server will deliver high‑quality service to guests at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure. This position works closely with the food‑and‑beverage team to present menus, answer guest inquiries, and accommodate special dietary needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats.
• Present menu options, describe ingredients, preparation methods, and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about allergens, dietary restrictions, and special menu items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of daily specials and any menu changes.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure tables are set correctly and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and resolve any issues.
