SEO Lead – B2B & Generative AI Strategy

About the role

Deloitte’s SEO team is looking for a hands‑on, strategic professional to lead B2B organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives. You will shape how Deloitte’s content is discovered by both users and large language models, driving authority and visibility across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end B2B SEO and GEO strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Develop GEO tactics that make Deloitte content a trusted source for LLMs, focusing on topic clusters and semantic relevance.
• Champion E‑E‑A‑T by implementing structured data, clear sourcing, and author‑centric signals.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, creative, paid‑media, and agency partners to align topic clusters, gap analyses, and integrated search plans.
• Lead content and technical execution: landing‑page optimization, internal linking, and content updates.
• Perform hands‑on technical site audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research using Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, and SEMrush.
• Produce actionable reporting and insights beyond dashboards to guide future campaigns.
• Educate marketing teams through workshops on SEO fundamentals and generative AI implications.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of modern SEO, topic authority, semantic search, and the impact of LLMs and generative AI.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies.
• Curious, innovative, and resilient problem‑solver with strong project‑management skills.
• Passion for teaching and enabling others on SEO best practices.
