Senior Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to lead custom development, integration, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce instances. The role involves technical ownership of scalable CRM architectures, building modern Lightning Web Components, and integrating Salesforce with external ERPs, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain high‑quality Apex code, custom LWC interfaces, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Architect and implement secure, bidirectional integrations between Salesforce and third‑party platforms such as SAP, HubSpot, and BigQuery using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Profile execution logs, optimize trigger handlers, and refactor legacy code to ensure fast page loads and stable bulk data processing.
• Manage source‑driven deployments with Salesforce CLI and Git‑based CI/CD pipelines, handling sandbox management and release predictability.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and product owners to translate business needs into robust technical blueprints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (highly preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for high‑volume environments.
