Senior Regional Accountant – LATAM

About the role

The Senior Regional Accountant – LATAM will lead accounting and treasury activities across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with local fiscal regulations. This senior‑level position supports both regional operations and U.S. leadership with timely, reliable financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide accounting teams in each LATAM country.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month‑end and year‑end close.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain compliance with tax obligations, statutory filings, and external audit requirements.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash‑flow planning, fund availability, and payment approvals.
• Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Handle financial documentation for vehicle purchases, leasing, and insurance compliance.

Required profile

• Senior accounting professional with experience in multinational or regional environments.
• Proven ability to manage priorities across several countries.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations in LATAM.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
