Senior Project Manager – Digital Websites

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website build and redesign initiatives for a high‑traffic digital property. Working closely with the client and internal creative, development, and analytics teams, you will ensure projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end website build and redesign projects, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Technology, Media, Search, and Analytics teams to translate client insights into actionable deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines that meet client expectations.
• Track and communicate scope, status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, manage risks, and ensure high‑quality outputs across all phases.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Provide regular status updates and foster a collaborative, positive team environment.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid change, and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across creative, development, and QA teams.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering award‑winning work.

Required skills

• Experience leading website builds and redesigns (AEM experience a plus).
• Strong technical project management background, including Agile/Sprint methodology.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Figma.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional, client‑facing teams.
