Senior Project Management Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and governance standards. The role works closely with cross‑functional and client‑facing teams to coordinate activities, manage risks, and drive successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Monitor progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage change requests and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking and financial management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to methodologies and standards.
• Escalate issues when required and support conflict resolution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
• Experience working in client‑facing environments.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
