Senior Product Designer (Figma + Cloud Cursor) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to product design from concept to delivery.
• Design complex web and mobile‑first interfaces using Figma, maintaining design systems and visual consistency.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cloud Cursor to streamline design workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Prepare design assets for developer handoff and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate on continuous integration and delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and high‑quality visual work.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Hands‑on experience with AI design tools, specifically Cloud Cursor.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile‑first experiences.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with developer handoff processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
