Senior Procurement Project Manager

About the role

B&T Consulting is looking for a Senior Procurement Project Specialist to lead strategic and operational initiatives for Source-to-Settle (S2S) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformations. The role involves analysing procurement processes, driving change management, and coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and manage a delivery team, set objectives, monitor performance and develop capabilities.
• Execute gap analyses between current systems and program requirements, document findings and drive remediation.
• Support change‑management communications, develop targeted messages and coordinate dissemination.
• Gather and document business requirements with Procurement, Tax, IT and other functional partners.
• Track project timelines, resources and budgets; report status, risks and issues to senior leadership.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to streamlined workflow implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or related field; Master’s or certifications a plus.
• 3+ years experience in Source‑to‑Settle or Procure‑to‑Pay environments.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in ERP or SAP settings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
