Senior PowerBuilder Developer

About the role

Join 3Pillar as a Senior PowerBuilder Developer and help build high‑impact software solutions for clients across urban living, media, and healthcare. You will work in a remote‑first, collaborative environment, taking ownership from design through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Write efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
• Gather and validate requirements, maintain documentation, and follow the chosen methodology.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from technical design to successful deployment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a primary technology.
• Proven PowerBuilder experience.
• Strong background in database management and PL/SQL development.
• Experience delivering medium‑to‑large software systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Fluent English communication skills.
