Senior Paid Search Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist with 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience to manage and optimise paid search campaigns for U.S. clients. This fully remote position serves a leading U.S. digital marketing agency and requires close collaboration with strategy leaders while operating independently.

Key responsibilities

• Take full day‑to‑day ownership of assigned U.S. paid search accounts, ensuring campaign structure, bid strategies and optimisations align with strategic goals.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, including keyword expansion, negative keyword management, ad copy testing, audience targeting and bid adjustments.
• Interpret performance data to understand business impact, post‑click behaviour and CRO signals.
• Manage daily and monthly budget pacing to maximise ROI and meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with U.S. strategy leaders, translating directives into tactical execution and providing proactive account health updates.
• Identify anomalies, performance dips or tracking issues without waiting for prompts.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of direct paid search management experience (Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads).
• Professional fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on complex accounts without micro‑management.
• Experience in agency environments and managing North American client accounts is preferred.
