Senior Manager Regional Security LATAM

About the role

Emerson seeks a Senior Manager to lead its Regional Security program across Latin America, protecting employees, travelers, executives, assets and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern security strategies, crisis management, travel risk, executive protection and workplace violence prevention aligned with global standards.
• Monitor regional threats, geopolitical developments and emerging risks, providing timely intelligence to senior leaders.
• Lead incident response and crisis management for security events, including civil unrest, extortion, medical emergencies and high‑risk travel.
• Manage travel risk programs, vendor relationships, budgets and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR, Legal, EHS, IT and business units on investigations, threat management and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence or related fields.
• Proven track record leading security operations across multiple Latin American countries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ of the time.
