Senior Manager, Engineering

About the role

Join the Global Operations & Quality team to lead engineering initiatives that impact patients with cardiovascular disease. You will manage cross‑functional projects, develop talent, and ensure smooth continuous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project activities, develop plans, schedules, scope, and objectives, and ensure successful delivery of all deliverables.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, resolve issues, and follow up on action items in collaboration with cross‑functional groups.
• Oversee assigned team members, handle budgetary responsibilities, and develop a robust talent development plan aligned with departmental growth.
• Lead cross‑functional groups to provide design recommendations for components or products of moderate complexity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with proven experience in engineering management.
• Proficiency in English and experience working in a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated project management leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with attention to detail.
