About the role

We are looking for a Senior macOS Developer to join Coforge’s remote team serving the LATAM region. The role focuses on building and evolving a modern authentication platform for macOS applications, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain macOS applications and components using Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI, and AppKit.
Integrate authentication, identity, and API capabilities, implementing OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and Apple security best practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to applications, authentication flows, APIs, and macOS environments.
Collaborate with engineering, security, identity, and architecture teams to deliver secure solutions.

Required profile

5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably on macOS or iOS.
Advanced English communication skills and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI, AppKit (and optionally UIKit).
REST API integration, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, MFA.
Apple security concepts: Keychain, code signing, entitlements, LocalAuthentication, Security.framework, CryptoKit.
Version control with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools, Generative AI, LLMs.
Scripting experience in Python, Bash or Zsh.
Enterprise Mac management tools such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
