Senior Key Account Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Analyst at DiDi, you will own a portfolio of restaurant partners and drive their growth on the platform. You will blend commercial relationship management with strategic thinking to create clear pathways for partners to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue from key accounts.
• Track and report on key account performance metrics, using data to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to deliver campaigns, promotions, and new features.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to help partners optimize their operations.
