Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our remote design team, focusing on boutique hospitality assets within a real‑estate development business. You will lead concept creation, material selection, and detailed design delivery across all RIBA stages while collaborating with architects, CGI artists, consultants, and the FF&E team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full design process from inception to handover, ensuring brand integrity and exceptional user experiences.
• Develop interior concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and drawing sets for each project stage.
• Collaborate with interior designers, 3D artists, and external consultants to translate ideas into construction‑ready documentation.
• Produce sketch renders and visual storytelling assets for internal reviews.
• Maintain alignment with RIBA stages and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience, including 2‑3 years in a senior role with team oversight.
• Portfolio showcasing high‑end residential or hospitality projects and design ownership from concept to construction.
• Professional level English; Spanish is a plus.
