Senior Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Inside Sales Representative owns daily contact with identified accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through strategic client solutions. The role works proactively, leveraging TD executives for support and acting as a change agent across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts by evaluating product mix, profitability and making adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives.
• Identify opportunities to sell the full TD portfolio and develop strategic business plans presented to management.
• Provide regional direction, KPI guidance and vendor initiative updates in the manager’s absence.
• Handle advanced inbound and outbound sales calls, quote prices, provide product information and build customer relationships.
• Assist associates and resellers with complex issues, pricing negotiations and vendor promotions.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with ability to analyze data, negotiate and close transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capability to think strategically, resolve complex problems and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication with all management levels and ability to act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processors and databases.
• Ability to assimilate research data from multiple sources and recommend actionable plans.
