About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Baxter’s Cartago manufacturing site drives the execution of the company’s people strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources, the HRBP works onsite as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors, shaping talent, culture, and employee experience across a complex, multi‑shift operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate operational priorities into people strategies and actions.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent deployment initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and data‑based decisions.
• Facilitate organizational changes and support leaders through periods of transformation.
• Own implementation of HR programs related to talent management, employee relations, organizational efficiency, and change management while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

• Senior‑level HR professional with proven experience in a manufacturing or multi‑shift environment.
• Strong partnership skills, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors.
