Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a senior graphic designer to join Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will translate complex ideas into clear, on‑brand visual communications for executive audiences, supporting the US Tax CEO and US Talent organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create distinctive visuals across print, digital, video, web, and style guides.
• Develop custom imagery and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Maintain brand consistency and compliance on all projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams and non‑creative executives, handling confidential material with discretion.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and use project‑management tools to track workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience designing for internal and executive‑level communications in large organisations.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
