Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Prose on Pixels is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative concepts and production across multiple media channels. You will translate ideas into compelling visual solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Execute creative concepts and build layouts within production guidelines.
• Generate innovative designs for print, digital, presentation, branding, and motion.
• Switch seamlessly between design and production tasks across media.
• Mentor and train junior and mid‑level designers.
• Make layout corrections based on brand or client feedback.
• Collaborate with Art Directors during concept stages to produce composite artwork.
• Lead calls with network teams to ensure clear communication.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and ability to translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Excellent design skills in typography, color, and photography.
• Deep understanding of branding guidelines and production concepts.
• Effective task prioritisation and multi‑project management.
• Clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and design tokens.
• Experience creating high‑fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and photography.
• Web, interactive, presentation, and motion design expertise.
• Moderate understanding of UX/UI design concepts.
• Production skills for print, web, mobile, desktop applications, and email design.
