Senior Director, Competitive Pricing Strategy (RGM) – LATAM

About the role

Coca Cola Latin America is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Competitive Pricing Strategy across the LATAM region. The role focuses on driving topline revenue growth and margin expansion through Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions, while partnering with bottling partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the RGM strategy for pricing, promotions, and mix across multiple LATAM markets.
• Scale RGM solutions, ensuring consistent adoption and performance tracking at the country level.
• Generate actionable insights from sales data, market trends, and shopper behavior to influence pricing decisions.
• Lead executive‑level communications, presenting comprehensive reports on pricing, share, and margin impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category, Commercial, and Frontline teams to align strategic intent with market execution.

Required profile

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a strong background in commercial strategy, RGM, and franchise leadership.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑wide systems from development through deployment.
• Strategic thinker with forward‑looking vision and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills at senior organizational levels.
