Senior Digital Media (Paid Search, Social & Programmatic)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Digital Media professional to lead paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns for its clients. You will work closely with Digital Strategists and Media Leads to design integrated media plans that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Media Leads to develop audience‑centric media plans, including keyword research, channel selection, and budget allocation.
• Execute and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Define campaign setup and optimization approaches in partnership with strategy teams.
• Coordinate with Specialists and Analysts to assign tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Perform quality assurance of creative assets, tracking implementation, UTMs, audience targeting, and platform configurations.
• Conduct pre‑launch QA and validate account setup, tracking functionality, ad previews, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, implementing testing frameworks for audience, bidding, creative, and placement experiments.
• Develop performance insights and recommendations based on data and reporting outputs.
• Support AI‑driven solutions, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop integrated cross‑channel media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
