Senior Delivery Assurance Engineer

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Delivery Assurance Engineer to ensure partner‑led professional services meet quality standards and customer satisfaction across its AI‑native security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the quality assessment framework and scoring rubric for partner engagements.
• Review partner‑led engagements, validate adherence to standards, and document findings.
• Facilitate CSAT feedback collection, drive corrective actions, and report quality KPIs to leadership.
• Identify systemic delivery gaps and implement programmatic fixes such as training and certification updates.
• Collaborate with Partner Enablement, Partner Success, and Professional Services to strengthen the partner ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field services experience in professional services, pre‑sales, or support, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail‑oriented, analytical approach.

Required skills

• Experience with SentinelOne or similar technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity protection, cloud security).
• Knowledge of security architecture, threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.
