Senior Customer Value & Growth Lead

About the role

The Senior Customer Value & Growth Lead is a hands‑on senior individual contributor who transforms customer behavior and commercial data into measurable revenue opportunities. Reporting to the CRO, the role owns the identification, sizing and prioritisation of customer‑value opportunities within established revenue priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Study the customer base at a granular level – lifecycle stage, recency, frequency, deposit behaviour, product usage, value, inactivity and promotion response – to uncover high‑impact opportunities.
• Develop concise commercial cases for each opportunity, defining target segments, desired behaviour changes, timing, recommended interventions and expected incremental value.
• Work closely with product teams to understand mechanics, promotional rules and eligibility constraints, translating them into commercial levers.
• Define success metrics before launch, focusing on incremental net gaming revenue (NGR), reactivation, repeat activity, value migration and commercial efficiency.
• Operate through the FIND → SHAPE → RUN → PROVE model, influencing senior stakeholders and proving results with BI data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, customer value, growth or commercial strategy, preferably in iGaming or a high‑frequency transactional B2C environment.
• Proven track record of analysing customer behaviour and turning insights into targeted commercial actions that drive revenue or customer‑value outcomes.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle economics, LTV, activation, repeat deposit/purchase behaviour, retention and reactivation dynamics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• SQL or other querying capability (plus).
• Ability to work directly with datasets, reports and BI outputs to quantify and prioritise opportunities.
