About the role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead functional solutions and mentor junior consultants. The role focuses on ServiceNow workflow expertise and the integration of AI to optimise business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smaller teams, acting as the functional solution lead for ServiceNow implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into configuration needs, author user stories, and identify automation opportunities.
- Coach and mentor junior Business Process Consultants, sharing best practices across the community.
- Draft user stories, train customers on story creation, acceptance criteria, testing, and knowledge transfer.
Required profile
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business process consulting, preferably with ServiceNow.
- Advanced English communication skills and proven ability to work independently.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and guiding responsible AI adoption.
- Strong analytical skills to drive complex issues to resolution.
Required skills
- ServiceNow platform expertise (certified in relevant workflow modules).
- AI integration and workflow optimisation.
