Senior Business Enablement Specialist

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Business Enablement Specialist to act as a strategic partner to executives and leadership teams. In this role you will drive operational excellence, provide data‑driven insights, and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives across the real‑estate services business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate executive meetings, prepare presentations, and track project milestones to support timely delivery of initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and dashboards that promote operational consistency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Utilize analytics tools and CMMS platforms to generate KPI reports, extract performance insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Conduct regular audits of documents, processes, SOPs, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, currency, and compliance.
• Create visually compelling presentations and reports that translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and client teams to understand business needs and implement efficiency‑enhancing solutions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably within real‑estate or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
