Senior Billings Specialist

About the role

Cornerstone OnDemand is expanding its Order to Cash team in Costa Rica and seeks a Senior Billings Specialist. This hybrid position requires a detail‑oriented self‑starter who can manage complex billing processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders in the CRM system from international customer agreements, including amendments and corrections.
• Create quotes and opportunities in Salesforce to align with contract changes and billing schedules.
• Manage e‑invoicing, reconcile payments, review errors, and handle credit/rebill tasks.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries, audit sales orders, and issue refunds or adjustments.
• Review unbilled items, calculate accruals, and support month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare billing, sales, and reconciliation reports and partner with the Collections team on billing issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with internal departments and management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Oracle.
