Senior Account Executive – Commercial Sales

About the role

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring, and closing new strategic accounts while also handling a select volume of high‑value inbound opportunities. The focus is on self‑sourced business, long‑term partnerships, and delivering tailored payment, processing, and commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new strategic opportunities across e‑commerce, merchant processing, and strategic partnership verticals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach or inbound lead through contract execution, consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and solution packages that align with client needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants, partners, and key decision‑makers, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in e‑commerce, merchant services, payments, fintech, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Consultative, results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
