Semi Senior C Programmer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Semi Senior C Programmer to join a short‑term, high‑impact modernization project for a large GovTech enterprise. The role is fully remote within LATAM and requires a few hours of overlap with Hawaii Standard Time to collaborate with client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance legacy C applications migrated from mainframe environments.
• Implement bug fixes, new features, and testing across development and production AWS environments.
• Support deployments and configuration management in AWS dev and production accounts.
• Collaborate directly with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document technical findings, solutions, and updates as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience programming in C.
• Strong understanding of legacy enterprise applications and mainframe migration contexts.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (development and production).
• Proven ability to debug complex systems and deliver end‑to‑end enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
