SC Spares Networking Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager

About the role

This hybrid position (average 2 days per week onsite) at HPE in Heredia focuses on leading supply‑chain system initiatives for spares networking. You will act as the business systems SME, bridging business and IT to improve end‑to‑end spares processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for spares supply‑chain processes, including planning, inventory, fulfillment, repair/replenishment, order management and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, create functional specs, user stories, process flows and solution designs.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis, process mapping, testing, defect triage, training and deployment readiness.
• Own project planning and execution for system and process initiatives, managing scope, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in supply‑chain, business systems analysis or enterprise systems support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills in a global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience with Baxter tool, SAP S/4HANA, Jira.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
